Walt Sloan is President of Tillinger Consulting Corp. (TCC) a consulting firm which provides a broad range of services in the information processing field. TCC is located in New York City and develops projects throughout the United States and abroad. Walt is also President of Aardvark Software Inc. which provides tools and add-ons for Microsoft Visual and Net Basic.

Walt has a wide range of consulting, programming, development, and teaching experience in many industries. He has developed major accounting systems and leasing projects – requiring extensive systems analysis, project design, and programming. He has developed software for specialized applications and provided technical guidance for IT operations. Walt has provided general management consulting services, including training for IT staffs and evaluation of clients' hardware and software requirements. He has also taught basic computer skills at major universities and trained programmers and users in design and use of accounting software.

Prior to joining TCC, Walt was associated with several firms in technical and managerial positions. As President of ARI Computer Systems, Inc., he was responsible for all activities of this software and services firm, and participated directly in the company's projects. ARI's primary focus was customizing and installing accounting systems, including the planning, and development of account and service software. In addition, ARI developed systems and custom applications for clients diverse as the Arts and Entertainment Network and Goldman Sachs & Company. Previously, Walt held positions as Vice President and Chief Technologist for People and Solutions, unLTD, as consultant for Software Design Associates and was a Programmer for The New York Stock Exchange.
